Menu Item	Explanation
Home	Use this button to get to the first page that you see when you enter the site.
View All Profiles	Click this to see all names of all profiles that are in the database. Once you are there you can click on a name to see that profile.
View All Males	Click this to see all names of all males that are in the database. Once you are there you can click on a name to see that profile. You can get the same results by using the search page. This is just a very common search.
View All Females	Click this to see all names of all females that are in the database. Once you are there you can click on a name to see that profile. You can get the same results by using the search page. This is just a very common search.
View Only Your Entries	Use this to see only the names of entries that you put in yourself.
Search All Profiles	This will bring you to the search page where you can search using a number of criteria.
Update	You will only get this when you are viewing an entry that you put in. You can update entry if would like to.
Delete	You will only get this when you are viewing an entry that you put in. You can delete entry if would like to.
Login	Use this to log in to the site.
Update My Profile:	This is where you go to put your contact information in so that others can contact you.
Change My Password	This is where you go to change your password.
Refer a Shaddchan	If you want to refer a Shaddchan to be given access to the database, click here.
View All Shaddchanim	This will give you an entire list of all the current Shaddchanim that are in the database.
Email All Shaddchanim	This will give you the opportunity to email all Shaddchanim at one time. Use this for Shidduch news, Mazal Tov's or whatever you want.
Email All Your Singles	This will give you the opportunity to email all the singles that are associated with your name at one time
Download Forms	Click here to download forms that are given to clients or filled out by Shaddchanim.

Singles Login	Singles now have the ability to put in their own information. The way it works is that the Shaddchan puts in the name and all the required information. There is a new field for username and password. The Shaddchan then gives this username and password to the client who can login using the login under the new Singles menu and update his information. This is the only page that the client can get to, his profile. He/she can't see anything else and they can't put in their name by themselves, that's something that has to be done by the Shaddchan. Obviously, since this is a Shaddchan based website, there are certain things that only the Shaddchan can put in including birth date and physical appearance and most of the personality questions which should be based on the Shaddchan's perspective. This eliminates having to give a form which the client fills out which is then put in by the Shaddchan, so it will save you a lot of work. Of course, you can always fill out all the information yourself if you so choose. So this is how it works: 1. The Shaddchan adds a name, puts in all the required information (the ones with the red asterisk). Make sure to remember to put in a username and password for the client. 2. The Shaddchan then gives the username and password that they created to the client. 3. The client logs in using the singles login with the username and password that was given to them and updates all the information that is available to them to update. 4. The Shaddchan then goes back in and fills in all the blanks that is only available to them, if they haven't already done so.
